Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times
- United States: typically 7–15 business days after processing.
- Other regions: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Shipping rates
- Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
- A flat $4.99 shipping fee applies to U.S. orders under $50.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, email contact@valoroshop.com.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@valoroshop.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Customs & duties
Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
